The machine's roller can be adjusted to roll uniform pasta dough into 9 different thicknesses, ranging from 0.5 to 3 millimeters, with the turn of a dial. This allows users to easily roll sheets of pasta dough for ravioli or hand-cut shapes. The double cutter attachment can then be used to cut the dough into spaghetti and fettuccine noodles.
